The two centres in Gallatin: common questions answered
Short answers to the things worth knowing in advance.
New Life Entertainment runs two rooms that share nothing except the way they are run. One digs, one skates.
Families searching from Gallatin are usually weighing one thing: whether it is worth the trip for an hour of something the children have not done before. The honest answer is that it depends on the child, and the rest of this page is about telling which.
The short answers
The ice park is at 8111 Concord Mills Blvd in Concord, North Carolina - a real rink with bumper cars that spin on it.
Families who know both tend to have a favourite per child rather than per family, which is a good sign for a pair of venues.
The longer answers
The XCAV zone is at 433 Opry Mills Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. Four machines, one crate of plastic balls, and children at the controls.
Weekday afternoons in term time are the quietest slot in the week. Weekend middays are the busiest.

Planning your visit in Gallatin
Families around Gallatin who have done it once tend to plan the second visit differently: shorter, earlier in the day, and with the machine the child liked in mind.
Feed them first. Every attraction in the world is improved by not being hungry in it.
Do not schedule anything immediately afterwards. An hour of concentrated play is tiring in a way that shows up in the car park, not in the room.
Parents from Gallatin tend to ask the same first question: how long will this hold their attention. Long enough to be worth the drive, and short enough to leave while they still want more.
